Since its founding in 2000, Chicagoland Equipment & Supply (“CES”) has remained a privately owned and family run business. CES was started with the vision to provide a one-stop shop solution to Chicago’s grocery industry. In 2018, CES merged with Cooper Management, LLC of Highland Park, Illinois. In 2022, our new division, CES Imports, began officially operating as a US Master Distributor of high quality food processing equipment from Europe.
